The mission of the Indianapolis Opera is to educate, inspire, and entertain through the creation and presentation of musical storytelling. Founded in 1975, the Indianapolis Opera is proud to celebrate its 45th season of drama, passion, and art that moves the soul.
Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented public health requirements all large scale events are cancelled or postponed until May 10th which has forced all theaters venues to close. As a result, we must cancel or postpone our community events and the mainstage performances for the remaining 2019-2020 Season.
Don Giovanni - March 20 - 22, 2020 - Cancelled
Brundibar & Vedem - April 24 - 26, 2020 - Postponed
