    Subscriber Ticket Exchange

    Indianapolis Opera Subscribers may now request ticket exchanges online up to 48 hours prior to performance time. Opera subscribers who wish to exchange within 48 hours should call the Patron Services Manager at 317.283.3470. 
    • Ticket exchanges are free of charge for Indianapolis Opera subscribers. 
    • Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and are limited to tickets for the same opera. The earlier you exchange your tickets, the better your chances of receiving comparable seats. 
    • Tickets for past performances may not be exchanged.
    • To exchange by phone, call 317.283.3470 with your tickets in hand.

    Before you begin filling out this form, please be sure to have your original tickets in front of you as you will be asked to fill out information that can only be found on your tickets. You will only be able to exchange tickets for one performance at a time. If you wish to make multiple exchanges you will need to submit this form more than once.

    Replacement Tickets: If we are able to complete your exchange request, your tickets will be mailed or left at Will Call.

    Please provide two choices, keep in mind that seats you may see open for sale online may not still be available at the time your exchange is processed. If you are very particular about seating we recommend you call to complete your exchange. All exchange requests are filled in the order in which they are received. If neither your first or second choice is available, your tickets will be exchanged into an alternate, similarly-priced seating section on the date of your first choice.
