Parking: Wheelchair Accessible parking is available in the parking lot in front of the main entry doors of the Basile Opera Center. Additional parking is available directly in from of the building on North Pennsylvania Street.
Valet Parking: For certain events valet parking is available allowing you to enter easily through the main entrance of the Basile Opera Center. For more information on accessibility, contact the Indianapolis Opera Box Office at 317-283-3531 or by email at [email protected]
Entrance Access: The entry doors at the Basile Opera Center are designed to facilitate entry for wheelchairs. All events halls are located on the first floor.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available at all price levels. You may also call the Indianapolis Opera Box office at 317-283-3531 in advance for more information on the availability of accessible seating and to make arrangements.
Companion Seating: The Indianapolis Opera provides complimentary companion seating for those patrons who would be unable to attend without assistance. To request a complimentary companion ticket, please contact the Indianapolis Opera Box office at 317-283-3531 or by email at [email protected]
Service Animals: Trained service animals (not emotional support animals) assisting guests are permitted. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability. Service animals will not be allowed to rest in aisle or doorways.
